PURPOSE

We are a Communications, PR and Marketing Consultancy specializing in Travel, LifeStyle and Luxury. We have already worked with the most established brands and destinations in the travel industry. Based in Frankfurt since 1994 we have expanded through our offices in Germany, Switzerland, Spain (OX) and Eastern Europe. 

Looking back at 30 years of experience but also looking forward to the future, we see the need for transformation in the travel industry. We want to lead our customers into a new era of communication using profound approaches as well as new methods adapted to the digitalized world.

This new approach emphasizes data, personalization, presence, and exposure, aiming to provide communication traceability and effective narratives throughout the customer lifecycle.

Este nuevo escenario se basa en el conocimiento de que el cliente actual quiere vivir experiencias unificadas entre Comunicación, PR, Eventos, Marketing Digital, Puntos de venta, etc… sin que éstas actúen de forma individual e independiente. Es por ello que debemos conjugarnos con áreas de especialidad como CX, CRM prácticas imprescindible en Lujo, LifeStyle y Travel.

Este “New PR” nos obligará a actuar como núcleo de unión y puente entre áreas (Marketing, Comunicación, CRM, CX, Ventas, etc.) recobrando el espacio que tenia el PR en sus orígenes.

El PR debe asumir un liderazgo antes inexistente, y fusionarse a áreas como CX . Un PR con más Dato, más Personalización, más Presencia y más Exposición a lo largo de todo el Journey y sus Touch Point. Con ello aportaremos la trazabilidad de la comunicación para construir el mejor StoryTelling a lo largo del ciclo de vida del cliente.

Por el contrario, las áreas de CX, trabajando con el PR, lograrán construir narrativas altamente efectivas y con ello aumentar la efectividad de sus interacciones. No olvidemos que sin narrativa no hay coherencia en los mensajes a lo largo de todo el Journey y por ello, no hay credibilidad que produzca conversión y venta.
