Julia joins (2018) the company to lead the conceptual transformation of the agency, with her vision conceived where tourism is no longer just a holiday, but where the experience becomes a lifestyle, sustainability and purpose being a of importance to the traveler. It comes to connect with cultures and people, opening the minds of the traveler to integrate into the destination and the destination’s culture, people and environments. This creates high value and impact on the travelers as well as the destinations side, creating a positive tourism for the future.
Personalization in Tourism
Marcos joins the group (2022) to lead the transformation of the sector, initiated by Hanna Kleber and developed by Julia Kleber, bringing his vision for the future of tourism based on a guiding principle; the traveler demands an ever more unique experience to be different and memorable. This leads to the vision that the tourism industry has to think big and demand a transformation in the management of personalized experiences, training for high value services and digitalization for the new generation of tourism.
